Sikles trek is a an undiscovered home stay trek in the Annapurna region nearby Pokhara. The village is famous for its brave Gurkha soldiers. During trek you hike through rhododendron forest enjoying great Annapurna mountain vistas. In the local villages you will stay at home stay. This gives you a chance to get a glimpse in local farmer live in Nepal.
Before you start the Sikles trek you first have to travel to Pokhara. Second day you drive Lamo Khet which is the starting point of the homestay trek. Gale Goan is a beautiful village settled on a mountain slope. With a packed lunch you continue the trek to the village of Sikles. During trek you are treated with stunning mountain views of the Annapurna’s, especially mountain Lamjung is nearby. A short hike to a viewpoint nearby should not be missed. The next days you pass by rural farmer villages and hike comfortably to the Bijayapur. The homestay trek ends in this village. A pleasant drive takes you back to Pokhara and next day to Kathmandu.
You can combine the Sikles trek with the Mardi Himal trek.
Day 01 Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara, flight is optional (6 hrs.)
Day 02 Drive Pokhara to Lamo Khet (1680 m – 1,30 hrs.) and trek to Gale Gaon (2104 m – 3 hrs)
Day 03 Trek to Lali Kharka (1600 m – 6 hrs.)
Day 04 Trek to Sikles (1980 m – 5,5 hrs.)
Day 05 Trek to Lamo Bagar (1546 – 5 hrs.)
Day 06 Trek to Kalikasthan (1370 m – 6 hrs.)
Day 07 Trek to Bijayapur (800 m – 2 hrs.) and drive to Pokhara ( 1,30 hrs.)
Day 08 Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu, flight is optional (6 hrs.)
During the trekking season prices may rise. The final price depends on the trekking season, group size and the cost of local transfers.

We have noticed the ways of travelling and booking are changing rapidly. Many customers book a hotel or a guesthouse themselves prior to their journey. However, we would happily like to arrange accommodation for you. We have excellent contacts with various hotels and guesthouses and will be able to offer a good price rate for any budget.
When you arrive at the International Airport we will pick you up and bring you to your accommodation. Here we will give you a short briefing about the trek. In addition we will give you advice about hygienic food, customs, and sightseeing in Kathmandu.

-Transfer from Kathmandu International Airport to hotel
-Return drive Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus; private vehicle to start and from end trek
-Certificate of CO2- emission free for all Nepal transport
-One night in guesthouse, including breakfast, in Pokhara before and after trek
